Refund Policy

We want you — and your pet — to be happy with every purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work at VIE PAW Store.

Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return
Email us at [support@viepaw.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please contact us before shipping anything back — returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, these items can't be returned unless they arrive defective:
Pet food, treats, and consumables
Opened grooming/hygiene products.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
